Our leadership team brings a wealth of experience and expertise to guide our operations and strategies. At the helm, we have C.A. Namrata Jage, who manages Bank Relations and Client Servicing. CA Yuvraj Kotian, a founding member with an extensive background at PWC, EY, HDFC, and CitiBank N.A., leads our technology, strategy, and channel partnerships. Mr. Gopalan Nair, with his 40 years of experience at BOI, oversees our Credit department. For Business Operations, we rely on Mrs. Kasturi Sawant, who brings over 20 years of banking experience to the table and Mr. Tangaraja Nadar, with more than 25 years in banking, directs our strategic partnerships and alliances.

"As a leading Pharma company, we undertook an acquisition of a competitor through NCLT proceedings, in collaboration with Financial Investors. Our investment was diversified, encompassing equity shares, preference shares, and debentures. To bolster our working capital, we had also secured a debt finance of Rs. 60 crores.
 
When it came time to strategize a beneficial exit for our Financial Investors, Nidesh Finance was instrumental. They not only facilitated a smooth exit but also managed a takeover of our existing loan with substantial enhancements through a Private Sector Bank. Their involvement was pivotal in reducing our interest rate from 11% to a more manageable 8.95%. Their expertise and guidance were invaluable in this complex financial maneuver, and we are deeply appreciative of their support in our growth journey."
